I would say so, since it seems that over the past several days the float has turned over a couple of times probably. This is a very good sign. The volume is certainly healthy and will make the stock move up very explosively when it does. When we hit .19 that was a good sign of a breakout. If we can get past .20, the .30+ area will come very quickly. In my opinion.
