You misunderstood my post. The whole post was a joke. I should have appended a few more smiley faces. I'm a very satisfied E*TRADE customer, too. My point to Hardline (?) was that people only complain when they lost money and that they do not complain when they gained some money (due to a minor E*TRADE problem). I totally agree with everything you said.
