How do we negotiate with Iran, or any other terrorist supporting country? Are we now naive' enough to think that just because we demand it, they will pay attention?

Negotiation means to share, discuss, give and take, or any of these: (What does Obama mean...the legal definition or the business definition....) And further, what does Obama intend on the US giving away to negotiate with this terrorist supporting nation?
