it is an IPO and they are using the new subscription program that SFE is implementing. Hopefully details will be released at todays annual meeting. available on vcall at 2:00 ICG does own some USI (listed on their website)- If that 11% (mentioned previously)is correct for TL & ICG then ICG owns 3%
