Ken: Please read my preceding analysis, nothing is factored in this price, it will be a grave mistake to bottom fish unless you have some knowledge that is not in the statements. Their "hope" of orders for CVD and PVD equipment, will these generate $40 MM/quarter? Are these at the same gross margings as the sales in the last quarter? Who will advance them money (they will run out of cash in about 8 weeks at the current rate of bleeding)? Why do you guys think that because it is 30% of what it was a mere 45 days ago it is cheap. If you go in for another dip, do me a favor and consider this as a new investment, would you buy into this company if you had not had the urge to "average down"? Do yourself a favor and look at the numbers, they speak volume. If you absolutely have to buy, at least wait for capitulation, a hard down day with more than 20% of the shares (2,800,000 shares) traded and a volume/price reversal. Zeev
