Ron: It's a promotional newsletter not put out by MGACU directly. On the bottom it says that it's an advertisement with expenses paid for by the mining company in question. It also says subscriptions cost $449 a year but I'm pretty sure that's a promo gimmick too. Nonetheless, this freebie is how I found out about MGACU in the first place.
