We have a hardware maintainance agreement with Shiva. If something breaks they FEDEX me another one the following day. Also, Shiva has different level of support... Depends on what you're willing to pay for ... I believe they have a four hour response time based upon your service contract. (better than most companies) Now try calling MOTOROLA (a five sigma company) and see the jokers they have there ... Again, who really cares about a company's service (unless you have their product) If you bought this stock in the 20's say 1000 shares ... You would probably be in the Bahamas right now worrying about what to eat & drink next. Now, the UPS service stinks, do you stop using them ... ever try going thru a drive in @ McDonald's and they forget your fries (do stop eating there)
