Not all ipo's are fast flyers. And some IPO's end up with a chap 13 company down the line.

But I also remember Yahoo. It traded in the teens for about a year or so before taking off. I know because I got it in the low 30's on the IPO day, and held onto it ....

I think this company has good potential. The only major danger I see is if MSFT decides to exercise the source code option. They did make a non compete agreement so I guess thats better.

I'm gonna stick with this one for some time.
