Bad news Computron investors..... I had previous dealings with this company. My company bought their product and had a horrible experience with product quality, support and consulting. It is the worst excuse for a software company I have ever come accross.

I heard a former employee call the IPO a "fraud in the highest degree". I am not kidding when I tell you that the former chairman is said to be closely connected to an extremist political organization and that some of the proceeds from the IPO went to fund this cause.

It does not matter if this company has some new products that are superior. An old addage in the software business is that when you buy software you don't just buy the product, you buy the company. The same is true of a stock. That said, this is a terrible company and there is little chance of it rebounding - or its stock price. It dropped to 1 and change for a reason....that's all it's worth.

You should have taken the tax loss in '96......
