I'm sorry you lost money last year investing in Novell. Bummer. The signs this year are different. What signs? Selling WordPerfect and Unix, new management, layoffs, accounting method changes, the stock's price pattern changes and trends, the good growth prospects, market leadership, and other characteristics make Novell a classic turnaround investment...and a likely acquisition target. Buffett and Gates would see Novell as "a bit of friendly competition." (-: I'm glad you like BYTE Magazine. Be sure to read the July issue!
