07/28/03 Koala Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire 3D Environment Technology, Inc.
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 2003--Koala International Wireless, Inc. (KIWI - news) , a leader in the development of web-based, wireless network applications and wireless device development, announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of the shares of 3D Environment Technology, Inc., of Nevada, in a voluntary share exchange for three million shares of common stock issued by Koala.
The transaction has been approved by a majority of each company's Board of Directors.
