just about all petroleum stocks got whacked today, with the spec shale gas juniors getting hit particularly hard. A correction in the Quebec shale juniors was likely and due as they have had a long run and the bearish sentiment around gave them a particularly good kick in the arse. The core group may correct a bit more, and then be ready for the next leg up: Junior core group as I see it: ATI CQM-H EPS GMR JNX MPO.AX PCQ QEC Based on my current understanding of Utica Shale area, anyone else is out of the game unless they make a deal with one of the above, or with one of the private players already in the play, or grab some leases to the south in the U.S..
