In talking to Century Communications PR for Tri-Vision...it appears Tri-Vision is about to
make it to the big leagues. They will produce a V-Chip Decoder for sale in the
Canadian Market beginning in Jan '97 . That's what the warrant deal
has done. Given them the financing to begin production of that V-Chip
box.
