Are you sure about the money in the bank thing for drilling?

I have been under the impression that the company had enough for operational expenses, but enough for the drilling program? They had to raise a minimum of $2.7 million US for this drilling program. I think that you should clarify this immediately

I am not aware that they have raised any funds lately.

Did they happen to explain that there may be someone else who has claim to a portion of the property? Some old claim from the 1800's, at least this is the last story I heard that was the latest reason for holding up this long drawn out affair

In all honesty, this has been a real soap opera. I would clarify the money aspect and whether this claim has been sorted out.
