Hi Reno, Since I am quite new I would appreciate some info on warrants. What is the difference between warrants and shares of stock. Can I buy the warrants and convert them into stock anytime I want or do I have to hold them for a predetermined time period before I can convert them. Or can I sell them without converting them - and is it as easy to sell warrants as stock is. Why do companies issue warrants, if we can buy stock? Kris
