Good screen Robert -my favorite BIOI is on there. I use forward and trailing PE's a little higher than yours but still close. I also add some additional criteria when I run my Zack's screen - I like at least 4 analysts to cover and at least 80% of those covering to have a buy or strong buy on the company. With the PE's and growth parameters sort of gives you a "short list".

Here's an update of some my picks, including BIOI, arranged by growth to PE ratio - (GEP) - sorry guys but I'm somewhat backward here from PEG but you get to the same place -g-
