Calico Commerce is an interesting stock. I read your column about the stock.

Then I read this comment ``It's nice to see investors are still looking for the right product,' said David Menlow, of IPO Financial Network. ``At $60 I believe it's ahead of itself. If the deal was in such strong demand, why didn't Goldman bump up the price range. If the deal was priced properly, then the aftermarket performance is reflecting that (the stock) is ahead of its time.'

Is there a problem with the stock which caused the downsizing of the issue and the two week delay. I thought the sell off today in the after market was steep and wondered if the street does perceive a problem with the company.
