If I'm accepting it's only because I don't see any point in wasting emotional energy if the die's been cast. If by not vesting I can stall the close till '98, I'll do it. If a protest would get us shares instead of cash, I'd do that, too. I just don't believe my opinion will make a bit of difference. However, having said that, I know there are 4M shares that won't be vested. Not all mine. :) Cheers! Pat
