Actually calling some one a heretic is not wrong.

Burning the elect under the guise of serving God is.

You are right I did call you a heretic because as far as I could tell you seemed to be teaching that the Apostles where the "last" God-appointed elders and that you were not commanded by scripture to submit to any man on earth in any church anywhere.

For that teaching I call anyone a heretic because it is Anti-christ in nature and because it is both unscriptural and very damaging to others who may believe such nonsense and fail to their own hurt in this area.

Finding faithful elders is not easy in such an age as we now live but we must do all we can to try and indeed to submit both to them and in many ways to each other even as the scripture also says.

1 Peter 5:5 Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

I repeat to you Haqi, I am not asking you to submit or even post to me. This is all our duty in our "home towns"

I do not however shrink from judgement. Satan has blinded many into thinking they are not judging when in fact all men "judge" wether they admit it or not!
All satan has really done by twisting Math 7:1 is to convince those "most qualified on earth to judge rightly" to pretend to themselves that they do not judge and fail in the duty of both judgement and rebuke!

Also those whom satan has blinded ( concerning the duty of Christians to judge with righteous judgement ) have therefore failed to study judgement and to be wise in it.

I do misjudge... I am human ( as you so steadily point out )

When I do and see that I was wrong I attempt to correct my view and make things right even as Jesus Commanded.

I do not know how I misunderstood you at the first but you have straightened me out that you do indeed see your duty to submit to those whom God has put over you in the church.

I am sorry I misjudged you in this area.
