I'm sure they do have the advice of council....and also the advice of Steven Antebi who they hired for a consultant a couple of months ago. By the way, Steven Antebi is the former Chairman of Merril Lynch.. ..and has an incredible reputation on Wall Street. I really don't think he's a moron....IMO I believe this just might be the last debenture that these fellows undertake. =) Lee
