Unfortunately, that is probably a little too true to be truly funny.

Explain to me this: How do these guys like TaxMasters make their money? Somebody is behind on their taxes, they hire TaxMasters to negotiate with the IRS, and presto a $20,000 tax bill gets reduced to $300.
