Portfolio,

Ron,

This has been quite an amazing year for the portfolio. Some notables:

For the past few weeks, we have had a profit in our open positions, whereas historically, we have had a paper loss in open positions even though our total gain including closed positions has been better than the market averages.

I have been thinking slightly longer term on recent trades. This is working well because my stocks have been acting up to my expectations and I have been patient enough to wait for planned entry and exit points.

We have a good mix of short term trades and long term holds.

CURE is dead as a door nail but the chart gives me no reason to sell. If we needed the cash I would sell it. I still think it's a good hold, albeit a boring one at the moment.

GMGC is at a critical point on the chart. I may eat the loss if it trades below 3 1/4.

GUMM has short term resistance at 13 but the stock is still in a breakout mode on the daily chart. The bollinger bands are pointing steeply higher and I'm seeing good demand for the stock on Level II. The money flow has been positive recently. If it gets through 13, I think it will move fairly quickly to 14 1/2 to 15 where I expect more short term resistance.

IATV looks so-so. I may sell it tomorrow unless it resumes the up move. It has support at 12 3/4 and I'm probably going to sell it if it drops below 12 3/8.

IINT looks very good for a move to 5 1/2 to 6. It closed above it's upper daily bollinger band today and also above recent highs at 4 11/16.

Thanks again for all the work you put into the portfolio and congratulations on a profitable year.

Dan
