How nice of them to say they still have an intent to close immediately. I still intend to pick up some of that qcom I missed at 100...lol File this one under the category of "Be careful what you wish for" I hardly call this terrific news. They will now have to litigate to get this deal done?? How long do you think that will take? FB's attorneys will say that because RTIN rejected the original plan for seller financing that RTIN can't come back now and hold them to it. RTIN's attorneys will say the original offer is still in effect. This will go back and forth. Dead money for now. TG will, sadly, probably get his wish for a quarter
