My point was that an author, Jonah Goldhagen, in his book, "Hitler's Willing Executioners: Ordinary Germans and
the Holocaust" implicates a whole country in the killing of Jews, Gypsies, Catholics, mentally and physically handicapped people.

I would not characterize the Nazis as a small percentage, but a low percentage.

Keep in mind, in Germany, Canada, and other "democracies" is it against the law to write articles or books on the subject of the Holocaust, unless the issues raised are critical of Germans, Poles, Italians, and others. Any articles that questions numbers and "details" are not permitted.

The ban is only one-sided and closely regulated.
