RUU: it is looking a bit like BNK to me and is a bit like BNK (reworking an old deposit in the east) and is one of the stronger stocks. I am going to double my position Monday. I am out of AVL wts for now, but they look like a bargin as well (but it is not moving); so I think RUU is the stronger rare earths play right now and one of the strongest stocks out there. In fact it may be making a breakout. It is the only major ex rare earths deposit outside of China, I think. It is one of the largest long mined rare earths desposit and it looks like serious people are moving it forward to producction again and its following seems to be gaining strength.
