Cohu Announces Quarterly Dividend POWAY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 14, 2002--Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ:COHU - News) reported today that the Cohu Board of Directors, at a meeting on May 14, 2002 declared a quarterly cash dividend of five cents ($.05) per share payable August 1, 2002 to shareholders of record on June 20, 2002. The Company has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1977.
