Auric ole pal, maybe I'm not clear You said " Guess what? By the same regualtion, if someone files a 144 and does not sell, they have to file a notification after 90 days." Can you provide us with THE EXACT LINK to the APPROPRIATE SEC document that supports your statement.... Better yet copy the appropriate paragraph here and provide the links.... You've never had a problem providing supporting documentation of your position in the past.... It's not that we don't believe you but you know what they say... Trust but verify.....
