More to the point, where has Kaiser been for the past 9 months? Other than the occasional rah-rah from his Meteor-bot, there have been virtually no new recommendations and sparingly few updates on previous recommendations. He may be diligently reworking his database, but his subscribers are paying for information, not for him to do his homework ... I suspect there won't be too many renewals this year, unless he makes some very serious improvements to his service.
