With no real information, at about 90-100, the book value (1.2 Billion) of the company equals the value of the outstanding shares (13.5M). This would be a good point to split without a product on the market. I would figure a 3 for 1 because they were releasing shares 6 and more months ago and the stock hung at 30-35 while they were doing it. If they did enough business (400 M), it might go 4 for 1, but not likely.

I don't know about your other questions, but they have 13.5 M outstanding and 100 million shares when they originally filed. About 35% of the stock are held by about 35 institutional customers.
