John, I don't know of anything negative, RE: Innovo. I don't think they will see profits until the 1st and 2nd quarter of 97. I think, because it has been quiet,(no news releases, etc.) there has been a lot of impatient sellers. I for one, will wait. As far as a delisting on Nasdaq. I think their shareholder equity is above what is needed to stay on Nasdaq. I really think this is a turnaround company, that with a little patience, we will see the rewards. Del
