That's an interesting site, thanks for posting...

I noticed that the funding to both the Dems and Reps was about equally distributed until 96....when the Dems began closing the gap a bit on the Rep majority in Congress..Probably bore out of fear of Dem control of the the Legislative and Executive branch...
