Chat is a very attractive feature on AOL. There is a sense of community there. Obviously this company wouldn't have made it this far if they didn't have something good to offer.

MSN is still trying to find out what people want. AOL is just so much easier to use. But the merits of the product are not why people are shorting the stock. The fundamentals of this stock are weaker than the story that is holding up the price.
