I am amazed that CNBC continues to allow Kernan to make such stupid statements.....until the filing made he has no idea what the agreement is about In the past he continued to announce misleading and false info about Xoma(at least 10 times in one day) and CLTR ...both of which had some impact on the stocks being shorted down. He was also one of the prime hypsters in the ENMD fiasco.
