<Hey, I agree.

What I am complete fascinated with is how Level 3 trades at the same price as Qwest.
It has no network, is 1 1/2 years behind, and basically no revenues. Qwest has large
revenues increasing at a 400% plus rate, and huge contracts. It has 12000 miles of fiber
ready to go, and another 6000 by June. And they have right of way for another 12000.
So there is no comparison as far as I can see. But some have said I'm blind as a bat, so
what to I know.>

1) Level Three has Crowe
2) Crowe comes out of Peter Kewit (well known for their accomplishments)
3) Crowe, out of Kewit, brought MFS to such fruition that it was
finally bought out by MCIworldcom.
4) MFS was essentially the same fiberoptic business.
5) Crowe and his former MFS men already know WORLDWIDE all the contacts
which made MFS a player and so their reputations are already KNOWN.

JMO, FWIW,

By-the-way, I hold them both! Good stocks!
