From TC2000: Double-U

In Fort Lauderdale there is a good restaurant named Double-U. I once tried to call it for a reservation and didn't know whether to look under “D” or “W.” I tried both. Neither worked. The actual name of the restaurant was Bistro Double-U (with Bistro in small print). I don't know why the owner chose such a name, but maybe it is because he's interested in the stock market. As a market enthusiast, he would know that the most reliable of all base formations is the Double-U.
I refer you to the chart of DELL. Check the Note and the paperclip chart. A good “W” would make the decline look complete. This is also true of the S&P 500 (weekly chart) and of the Nasdaq Composite (weekly chart). Like a skywriter, I think the market is in the process of drawing a nice neat Double-U. Have a good weekend. -DW
