Hi Jesse 5K - that means it'll be fast. Fast and hot. Ouch! Have you seen what EXTR is doing today? Up 10 1/2. Wish I'd gotten on that boat. On my ADAP, that's what I'll do. Just keep trying to make some back a little at a time. Re running, I've completely gone off schedule until after the stress test; been staying in the aerobic zone only. Tomorrow's run will be interesting. rose
