The threat of acquisition is old news, and at this price level, it is factored in. Acquisition, as you know, is not necessarely bad (today CPU announced it is making an acquisition and the stock is surging right now). Seeking to assess the value (susccess or failure) of the Visigenic acquisition is a very legitimate attempt and questions related to this were asked earlier on this thread. Getting ansers to these questions would greatly help. I suppose, however, that analysts who upgraded the stock, have considered these questions and may have discussed these with the company, else what was their upgrade based on? We still have to find out though. Ghassan.
