I tendered today because this is so done you can eat it with a fork.
Jim's questions, there will be no remaining shares, all canceled and replaced with a chit for $29. Options? Read pages 21&22 of the Offer to purchase. Maybe management cut a better deal for themselves than they did for you, but they deserved to, seeing how they ran the price from $48 to $16. Saved you all that tax money.
