The price might be better in bankruptcy. Jane's point is very valid IMO. If anyone is thinking of acquiring assets on the cheap and the market already perceives a cash-flow issue, they better line up financing well before any deal is announced. That they were able to line up financing (if they, in fact, did) mitigates current fears about the financial condition and is a plus. However, the bigger plus is what they may be able to do with cash in this environment. Is anyone else hoping that the cash (if it is available) is coming from a MSFT, IBM, or some other potential heavy user of bandwidth/services?
