The SEC phone number in L A is 213-965-3998 SEC Pacific Regional Office 5670 Willshire Blv La Ca 90036-6348 Only contact the SEC if you feel the company mislead you or pressured you in your investment. You can call the SEC with your complaint but the complaint also has to be in writing. They only want copies of your information that you are holding. Write down everything the company representive told you including the name of who told you. include information on-aquitions they made-news releases they promised-whether they told you to buy more shares-specific Market makers they told you to contact for the best deal. Anything else that will help the SEC in thier investigation. I was asked if I would let the investors on Silicon Investor know what was happening.
