What are the fundamental differences between BMI and Signal, and how are they targeted? Does either one carry Nasdaq Level II quotes? Which one is fastest?

I presume that DBC now owns both of these? What are your future plans with the two products? Will there continue to be two products, and, if so, why?

What are the costs? I see that no prices are mentioned on the BMI web site. Nor did I find pricing (except for MarketWatch) on the DBC page.

Frankly, I normally pass-up products and services from companies that can not or will not publish their prices without another look.
