I agree, I have used Qwest Services since June 98. The prices are good but compared to AT&T, MCI and others they have a long way to go regards customer service and billing in general. For those of us that know our way around it is not that big a deal. However, for the average or non-techie individual they will probably not consider it worth the trouble and switch back to a traditional carrier after a couple of months. At this point I basically think that the residential market is more of a sideline for Qwest, their focus is on the business customer in order to prime the network.
