What do you mean flat? Q296 was $1.17 per share vs. $0.99 for Q295 and $1.02 for Q196. That's up whether you compare with the same quarter a year ago, or with the previous quarter. What Intel did say in their Q296 earnings report is that REVENUES in Q396 would be approx. flat with Q296. But, that's not to say earnings won't be up if margins are better and spending is under control. I mean, name another semiconductor company that can claim a better year this year than last.
