Yes, but asking why a stock is falling "so fast" when it dropped 2.12% is a little ridiculous. Now, trying to debate whether the chart pattern is a triple top, a head and shoulders, an ascending triangle, or a cup and handle might be a little more reasonable.

I don't think that it's a H&S because the neckline is ramping too quickly, and I don't think it's a C&H because the handle part pulled back too far beneath the 50 DMA. I think it's an ascending triangle and that MSFT pulls back to either the 50 DMA at about 90 or the ascending support at about 85. It's obvious that the most recent breakout attempt has failed so some consolidation is in order.
