I am going to backpedal here LOL! btw, I also love the I W hound. Never had one (you?)--talked to them at dog shows (my s daughter has a golden retriever that used to show). Not a fashion dog. Rough coat and all; But if I was back in the country, I'd have one! Here is a picture and a poem. As someone earlier said--such a short lifespan...a heartreaking pet for a kid. I think it is only 6 or 7 years. It might be a year or two higher... iwcc.ca
