MNAC is to merge with CorVu, a software company. CorVu will own 75% of the new company. MNAC has 3.6 mil shares outstanding @ 4 1/2 = mkt cap of 16.2 mil. CorVu has a couple unique softwares which are gaining acceptance in the market. With 12 mil in sales for last year, growing at 100%, they can demand a much bigger market cap. I have not followed this BB stock, but a friend of mine asked me to look it up. It appears that MMAC is the shell and CorVu can go to market faster by merging with MNAC instead of IPO.

Given previous record of MNAC not successful in mergers, wonder this one will work. Any view point will be appreciated.
