You are correct: The way today's enterprise is set up is on ethernet (10Mbps) or fast ethernet (100Mbps). A T1 is only 1.54Mbps. If they attached the NC to a T1, they were doing so to simulate high-load enterprise conditions, not to gain speed over it's true working environment. Don't you know this stuff?
