Now you people may have all the time in the world and fish for those oysters one at a time with a rod and reel, but out here we've worked out a better method. Oysters are grown on wire 'beds' inside of natural bays where the condition of the water is very clean and moving (but not too much). The oyters are harvested from those beds. --- I prefer the oysters from out here to the Blue Points from back east. The best way to prepare them is to BBQ them with butter and garlic. Nothing wrong with eating them raw but some of them are so large, even Linda Lovelace would choke (sorry ladies). -JCJ
