RTev: The reason these classic wholesalers are cratering is petty obvious- there is much more direct factory to retail/end user selling through the internet which cuts down there margins as wellas there revenues. This type of business model is an anachronism unless they discover how to fill the supply chain better with just in time deliveries etc. All data points to the fact that sales of PC's are growing at a 20% plus pace or better. The efficient producers will do just fine as they squeeze out the margins by producing more units. Electronics is a classic in terms of scale when producing the widget at a cheaper unit cost. All this is good news for MSFT. This guy is stretching to find something to hang his bear rug on. The PC market will be growing in some form or fashion at double digit rates until you are in the grave. We ain't seen nothin' yet. I have been hearing about the death of the PC and MSFT ever since MSFT became a blip on the radar screen. JFD
