This is my take on what has occurred.

He is just acting irrationally because of his poor decisions
and the poor decisions he encouraged others to make.

His poor decision was to take too large a percent position in a high risk investment and not to dissuade others from doing likewise.

I personally will not recommend stocks w/o a statement to do one's own due diligence. I never explicitly tell anyone to buy.

Some may be attracted to my selections because of my past successes and the arguments I make for taking a position in a company. But I never explicitly say buy anything especially bb's. I also never tell non si participants and friends to look at any bb because I want them to remain friends. I will even make an even more concerted effort to qualify my "recommendations".

Regardless of what I do, this other person has made mistakes. He's hurting financially and probably emotionally as well.

I don't agree or disagree with the buy/sell decision he made, but that was both his decision to buy and his decision to sell. He has to live with it. If he truly believes that improprieties have occurred and has the means to discover them, he is only undermining any case he has by participating on these threads. From my conversations, all he primarily has is third party and "party to third party" hearsay and his own "he said she said" recounts of conversations.

I however, don't believe there is any reason to berate him, chastise him or call him names. I empathize with his predicament and only hopes he realizes the irresponsibility and potential ramifications of what he places upon these threads.
